Academy Overview
New Direction Academy aims at offering all our students a broad and balanced curriculum that provides rewarding and stimulating activities to prepare them for the best social and cultural life.
Elementary School (K–5)
Our elementary school lays the foundation for lifelong learning through engaging instruction, small-group support, and hands-on exploration. We foster curiosity, confidence, and strong academic habits from the very beginning.
Middle School (6–8)
In middle school, we guide students through their most transformative years by focusing on critical thinking, communication, and personal growth. GAINS testing and targeted instruction ensure they’re well-prepared for the challenges ahead.
High School (9–12)
Our high school program offers a fully accredited 24-credit diploma track designed for college and career readiness. Students receive ACT/SAT preparation, academic advising, and individualized planning for life after graduation—whether it’s college, trade school, or the workforce.
Science
The study that encourages scientific reasoning, discoveries and inventions.

As a certified NWEA MAP Test provider, New Direction Academy uses nationally recognized assessments to measure each student’s academic growth and readiness. These adaptive tests help us tailor instruction, monitor progress, and ensure that all students meet their full potential in core subjects like math, reading, and language usage.
